Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from club activities.

4. Limitation of Liability

Prosper Chess LLC is not liable for:

Participants assume full responsibility for their health and well-being and are advised to consult a medical professional before participating. By joining, you waive any claims against Prosper Chess LLC for medical or health-related issues.

6. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected will be used solely for club operations, tournament management, and communication.
